Michal Řezníček has been active in the insurance and business sectors for over 15 years. He gained experience at the Pension Fund of Česká pojišťovna and eBanka. Most recently, he worked for 8 years at Česká pojišťovna, where he was involved in managing both external and internal distribution channels.

David Hofman has been in top management for over 20 years, leading strategic and transformation projects across continents — from the USA to Asia and Europe. He has gained experience in the energy industry, manufacturing, and retail. He became the CEO of Direct Auto in 2025 with a clear vision — to develop the brand, strengthen its customer experience, and integrate it even more closely with rest of the Direct Group.

Aleš Stýblo is responsible for coordinating team support and business development across the entire Direct Group. He is the co-founder of Lasvit, a company he led for over 16 years, transforming it into an internationally recognized brand with four production facilities and a global presence. Throughout his career, he has also worked in Singapore and Hong Kong.

Martin Oravec has been the Group CFO of Direct since 2024. He has over 20 years of experience in finance, M&A, strategy, and transformations. He led finance at Škoda Group and Telenor Hungary (PPF). Throughout his career, he has managed extensive reorganizations and the implementation of controlling and reporting systems. In his role, he oversees the groups finances, sets the growth strategy, and supports development based on a clear vision and values.

Robert Dohnal spent over 11 years at McKinsey & Company. Prior to that, he worked in banking, including at Goldman Sachs International.

Josef Lysoněk spent nine years at the international law firm Clifford Chance, where he focused on transactions, financing, and development. At Direct Group, he acts as the Group Legal Counsel, overseeing the legal portfolio, including acquisitions across the entire group. He brings strong expertise in transactional law and strategic consulting to Direct.

Branislav Jakabovič is the Social Impact Partner within the Direct Group, responsible for the development and impact of all social initiatives, including the activities of the Direct Foundation. He has over 25 years of experience with initiatives that drive positive social change. He previously worked at McKinsey & Company, led strategy at Kooperativa, and has founded or supported numerous educational organizations in both the Czech Republic and Slovakia. At Direct Group, he focuses on amplifying the impact of projects that aim to make the Czech Republic a better place.

Hynek Růžička is an experienced lawyer with over 20 years of practice in both law firms and corporate environments. He has recently taken on the role of Investment Lead within the Direct Group, where he is responsible for supporting and integrating the investment team across the group. Hynek is the founder and former managing partner of the law firm Erudit. In the past, he led the legal department at Generali Česká pojišťovna and served as a legal expert at Generali PPF Holding.
